i know we had threads about laser correction in past , but its been over 10 years .

who is done this ? how much you guys paid for it cuz prices go from 800$ up to 6000$ ? wat is your sugestions before and after operation ?

How you see around the night ? Is it lights look as point or a bit blurry ?

tnks.

I was thinking about it until my friend had permanent damages from his Lasik. He took all the options available, insurances, redo, etc. The next few days after his operation, his visions went downhill. Now he can't drive anymore, can't look at his phone, tv, on PC screen for more than 10 secs or he get the worse headache possible, he even lost his job because of that. His life is misery and their is no fix. Lasik MD offered him something like 40k, conditial that he dont sue them or talk to medias about it. His doc said that most people who have this operation complication do a suicide at some point. No ty.

Did it about 6 years ago at lasikmd. Best 3 large I spent. My eyes were dry for the first year and I was sensitive at light but it was fine after a few months. Would redo

Somebody i know got it done in 2012, he still see halo at night when he see lights, he says its really hard to drive so fuck it ill stick to glasses

Did it 5-6 years ago (Lasik Montreal) Used to be around -6 -6.5

Best 3500$ ever spent. No dry eyes or halos.

Only "downside" is colored lights are a bit blurry when it's really dark(alone on a backroad with no street lights dark), just like if my eyes were out of focus, but clears up as soon as I see a white light or focus my eyes on something lit in the car.

I thought about it but fack the reviews are so mixed. I can live with contacts or glasses

My dad had it done about 8 years ago. Cost hime around 6k. He recently started wearing glasses again

I've been on the fence for years. Mixed reviews and the negatives wait out the positives. Maybe one day.

My sis had hers done in Korea via a procedure called SMILE... they even do DNA tests to find out if people have a specific gene that would cause reversal at an older age.

It's been years since I considered it but haven't pulled the trigger yet...

My eye doctor told me I couldn’t ever do it because my eyes are way too dry...

And now you guys are making it too scary hahaha

Fuck it

Ppl who have no issues will say thats its the best xxxx$ spent ever, and those with problems will say to stay the fuck away from Lasik.

Same.

Si tu as déja les yeux secs oublie ça.
