Theoretical:

You were in your car minding your own business when it went down.

You have a UHD class dashcam.

You have UHD clear as day video identifying the shooter: what do you do?
 
More serious answer. You let these guys kill eachother and don't get involved. The driver who got shot is far from an angel. Now the shooter fucked up, a hit will be out for him. The streets talk more than you think.

J'envoie la vidéo anonymement a plein de média (genre poste canada, droppé dans une boite au lettre au milieu de nulle part a 100 bornes de chez nous) ainsi qu'au service de police.

Ca beau avoir été fait envers une personne ''mauvaise'' il reste que tu fais pas ca comme un animal en plein jour... Le gars dans son char panique, criss le gaz au fond, le tireur manque son coup, la balle ricoche...

This... I also don't consider this "snitching", especially if you are not doing it for a reward of any kind.

A premiere vue oui mais quel tueur a gage prendrait un tel risque??
On parle pas de retrouvé le corps dans un char abandonné dans le stationnement d'un commerce au matin.... Le gars se fait buté LIVE devant tout le monde.

Je suis pas convaincu que c'est l'oeuvre d'un professionel... Le risque de se faire coincer est fucking élevé pour une simple rémunération... Le gars qui a fait le coup a fort probablement des motifs autre que le cash pour prendre un tel risque.
 
Vous avez jamais ecoute the wire? Sur que stun ti coune qui est arrive avec un gun magouille, bloaw manque sa shot dans le cerveau, poigne la machoire.
