Greg is correct, buyer complained about the folding mirror option not working consistantly, and wanted a 3,000$ rebate. So I simply took the car back and gave him a full refund.

While I agree it can be annoying, it's not a feature most cars have so not really a biggie, you can just ignore the function and live a happy life... and wait, what, 3k rebate?

Exactly! these are not the type of people i'm interested in dealing with, so I simply and politely took the car back and walked away from the situation.

this is the right attitude when you have a buisness.

we dont like to deal with that kind of people, but in some rare cases they can close a good deal; keep the door open. Being polite and simply walk away when a case like this is happening, is the right attitude.

écoute le 3000$ pour des mirroirs, je suis daccord que c'est exagéré, surtout que ca sert à fck all dans 98% des cas au québec. J'en ai sur mes 2 chars, et j'ai utilisé ça 1 fois en 3 ans, et c'était juste pour le look, et non fonctionnel.

Mais un char de luxe vieux qui achète ça ? pas des riches, eux ont du $$$ pour du neuf. Donc, c'est normal que du peuple dans les salaires moyens qui ''veulent se gater'' on pas le choix d'aller dans du luxe used. Ils vont tout faire pour négocier. Comme je dis, tu veux un chars de luxes ? tu as 2 choix :

1- Tu as du cash pour avoir du neuf ou faire entretenir.
2 - tu as du talent et de la patience pour faire la maintenance, et tu chiale pas parce que tu connais la game ( aka le gars à lapresse qui chiale qu'un cayenne GTS c'est pas réparable et ca coute cher, lol)
 
C'est vraiment, mais vraiment impressionnant la phylosophie et attitude positive de business de Nicholas, j't'ai pas encore rencontré mais chapeau a toi man.
Avec une tel façon de faire le gars peu pas faire autrement que d'avoir une entrepise qui va grandir rapidement et va durer longtemps.

Plus ça va plus j'ai hate de faire affaire avec eux, Vendredi va être la première fois.

En même temps ça fait un free bump.
 
Wow. People never ceases to amaze me.

J'aurais une couple d'anecdotes de ce genre à raconter. Dont l'une est mémorable. Le gars a essayé de mettre en demeure mon père pour $6K au risque que le moteur saute et pour perte de valeur du véhicule parce que le fabricant a décidé de faire sauter la garantie rétroactivement. On parle d'une voiture qu'il a achetée pour 15K$.

Eh bin moi ca m'aurait surement épagner un mirroir arraché au centre-ville pendant que j'étais parké (Honda Prelude).
Ou bin des scratch sur les cotés quand j'ai accroché mon manche de jack dessus (M3).
