Did you ever have buyer's remorse after signing a new car or lease transfer contract once you realized that you could have been approved for and afforded a more expensive model that might have better met your needs.
I'm thinking that way after test driving a GTI 6MT twice but still rejecting it. It had sports seats, 6 speed, felt fast, hatchback practicalilty. Okay the buzzing/rattle from the passenger side, loudness and dirty interior drove me nuts, but I wasn't counting on ending up with something else that gives me back pain after 15 mins. I miss those plaid cloth seats already. I guess I should be appreciative with what I ended up with but I can't help thinking I caved into pressure from my landlord, boss and parenta to stop renting cars and make a decision already! Now I'm stuck with a lease for almost 2 years when I should've moved out on my own, taken more time and thought about my choices.
Any tips on how to continue looking forward and avoid looking in the rearview mirror at past regrets?
