Wheelwiz is currently seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer calls/emails/live chats, converting leads to sales, processing orders and following up with customers once the order is delivered. The candidate’s duties will also include providing feedback and assistance to our IT department for enhancing our online system and tools.

Description of daily tasks:

• Taking calls, answering emails and also processing customer orders on a daily basis

• Follow up on orders and all challenges or requests made by customers

• Friendly and calm disposition, ability to diffuse conflict with a positive attitude.

• Represent the company as a team that can work together to increase customers' profitability by providing the most cost effective product and services

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred or equivalent job experience
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role

• Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry is a necessity

• Be fluent in English and French

• Tech savviness and knowledge of ecommerce is an asset

• Knowledge of social media is an asset

• Knowledge of SEO is a plus
