If the car is still recent (5-7 years or less) go through your dealer. They might cover that under warranty. If it's older, then I can only recommend Auto Bugatti for rust repair. Every other shop I've seen do rust repair (not many, but still) the rust has come back in less than 2 years. Ergo, not a proper rust repair.

Auto Bugatti only does ''premium'' cars now. I had a great experience a while back for rust repair, but then I tried going back about a year ago and they said they don't do pleb cars anymore. Got told that by the receptionist who drives a 2011 Jetta Comfortline.
I had warranty rust repair done on my car a couple years ago by ProColor at Napierville. They did a really good job; you honestly can't tell at all. 2 years later, no cracking or bubbling. I'd go back.
Wasn't aware of this change since the cars I've seen get work done there were of the "premium" variety. I wonder if they'd consider a mid-2000's Volvo as a pleb car. lol.
I think they listed to me a bunch of cars they do work on; ''Aston Martin, Tesla, Mercedes, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lamborghini, etc.''
You'd have to go and check it out. I got shown the door, but I drive a 4-year old Mazda3, so maybe if it's got a Volvo badge it'll pass with the receptionista.
Carrosserie technipro on longeuil. I did my 4runner there during the summer. Very happy with the result and Martin is very legit. He's gonna tell you the truth about the repair and not some pas chere pas chere Mon Ami kinda job.
