    Cuz they broke the old ones pre-reprogramming i assume... Either way the GTR was a shot in the dark cuz one in OPs budget will have to be thoroughly scrutinized & potentially beat to shit...

    it's the same trans, it was the launch control that was way to agressive.

    The only real problem GTR trans have is the basket for the clutch that crack and the transfert gear circlip that can lead to a complete trans disaster.

    2 totally different cars. One is the rawest car while the other one is a luxury GT. looking at your previous car-bike list and it's a fun weekend car I'd go Viper. I had a few friends with the ACR 1st gen, 2nd and 3rd gen. I only drove the 1st gen...They aren't for everyone. What about a 2009-2010 GTR or a c6 z06?
