Le Vision iNEXT Concept, qui présage l’arrivée d’un modèle de série en 2021, arbore un design très polarisant qui ne fait pas l’unanimité, la très grande calandre en forme de papillon rebutant plusieurs observateurs. Ses dimensions sont semblables à celles d’un X5 ou d’un X6, et le Vision iNEXT Concept adopte les portières de style « coach » à ouverture opposée, comme sur les Rolls-Royce. On remarque également que le Vision iNEXT Concept est dépourvu de piliers « B », de poignées de portière, ainsi que de rétroviseurs latéraux, et que le pare-brise se jouxte au toit ouvrant panoramique afin de créer un habitacle très lumineux.

Le Vision iNEXT Concept est également équipé d’un dispositif appelé Intelligent Beam qui est composé d’une caméra et d’un projecteur localisé dans le pavillon du toit et qui permet de projeter des images ou de la vidéo sur les pages d’un livre blanc en carton que l’on tient en mains.
Conduite autonome

Le Vision iNEXT Concept peut être conduit en mode Boost,signifiant que le conducteur est en contrôle du véhicule, ou en mode Ease, tandis que le véhicule prend lui-même le contrôle sur ses mouvements, les pédales et le volant se rétractant alors dans le plancher ou dans la planche de bord.

I often rely on 'feelings' and this one somehow makes me feel like it went into a time machine and the dates got mixed up so stuff from the 70s (interior) ended up in a car that's coming out in the future.
 
Hell no. This is pure concept and an ugly one at that, they went with a nautical theme.

They even put an ironing board as a middle console. Poor BMW, what the hell are you doing??? From horrific concepts to boring production models.

Except the wood floor, which they failed at doing well (I've seen a few cars with teck floor and they look stunning), I don't see a nautical theme.

Nautical may be the wrong wording, from picture #1 this is what sprung to mind
