Custom offset steel wheels

Good morning ,
anybody knows of a shop that can help me with some custom offset steel wheels? I need to have the welds removed and then press the wheel center to move it to the proper offset.

This is for a classic car and the wheels are no longer available in the proper offset and I dont want to run 1" spacers
