Looking to keep my car in someones (preferably someone whos been on MR for a few years lol) home garage or work warehouse from late April to late October, we can work out a price and I'll pay cash up front. Basically I want to leave my car and have access to it 24/7 whenever I feel like going for a drive after work or on a weekend.

Before I finally buy my house I'm going to be moving to a place for 1 year that won't have indoor parking.. I don't want my car getting wet after I wash it, and don't want it to be sitting in the hot sun.

Must be in any of the following towns so it'll be somewhat near home and work: Baie Durfe, Beaconsfield, St Annes, Kirkland, Pierrefonds, Dorval, DDO

Why not rent a storage unit?

you should post how much you're willing to pay for a spot

the whole coming and going whenever you want can get complicated as well but I guess for the right price, someone will bite

$150 tops (per month of course) if it's a good spot, not too sure how much more or less a storage unit would be though. As for my coming and going schedule, I'm usually done work anywhere from 3-5 pm Monday-Friday and sometimes I like to go after work, and on weekends if I pick up the car it'll be in the morning or early afternoon. I'm up early everyday and never stay out late.

Yeah I can wax the car and maybe give a nice ceramic coating or something but after a black car is clean it gets dirty as soon as water dries on it and I like it to be spotless

This.

Where's the specification that he parks on the street?

I'm finding 24/ 7 access parking downtown for just over $200 from people renting their condo unit's parking space... so $150 in the west from someone's condo parking doesn't sound out of the question to me. Just need to look on Kijiji and stuff. You might need to walk in from the garage using the remote or something since you might not get front door access but whatever...
