Hi gang, so my car finally bit the ghost. I’ll need a car by the end of the week.
I’ve had my eye on a 2015 passat and a jetta. They both come with the new 1.8t engines.
Any opinions on the new 1.8t engine? Auto transmission?
Reliable? Oil consumption?

The motor isn't bad, but those cars are as americanised as they come. I drove a 2016 passat around whistler, and it was nothing like the old euro models.
Si tu n'as pas besoin de l'espace additionnel de la passat, prends la jetta. La passat avec le 1.8t c'est un peu vache, à moins que ça ne te dérange pas.
