New pc stuck on boot loop

Hey guys just finished building a new PC for a friend and im having issues... first time ever this happens to me and I have a built a few PCs before.

The computer starts but nothing show up on the monitor, keyboard and mice are not detected. The computer then restarts after maybe 10 seconds and then just continues doing the same thing in a loop until I manually switch it off.

I have tried using two different drives, swapping ram sticks, 1 stick, 2 sticks, different ram slots etc. I am using onboard VGA so no GPU.

Asrock mobo, ryzen 2200g, evga power supply. I am out of ideas. I figured if it was a power supply issue I would at least see something on my monitor before it restarts... and my keyboard and mice would turn on ?

What can it be ?

Try pulling out all cards from their slots and re’installing then, make sure they are well pressed in.

Id test another power supply if you have a spare.
No beep/LED codes or messages on boot and then restarts is normally the board or PSU.

Make sure your motherboard is not shorted out on your case.

Happened to me once when I spaced out and forgot to install the motherboard standoffs... ROFL

If none of the above solutions work, remove your CPU cooler and reinstall it. Looks like its protecting itself.

Not shorted the mb standoffs are integrated on the case.

Ah I hate the new computers that bootloop quand il y a un hardware fault.

Sinon t'as fuck all indication à l'écran ou de beep quand tu pèse on !?
