I see two reasonable options here
If you’re only keeping the car another two years and your current rotors are not worn and rusted to shit, I would just swap the pads. Whether your rotors will ideally match the pads or not will not matter over this period of time.
If you want to do it right and keep your mind clear, change out the rotors too.
Nobody is forcing you to buy oem, go with a set of coated Zimmerman’s, they will be a fraction of the price and ultimately no different from OEM in performance.
I would advise against resurfacing rotors on such a large diameter, chances you will have no vibration is close to zero, especially given the fact this is now an unpopular job.
