I have water pooling around the foundations of the house because of improper grading.

I'm going to buy a pump tomrrow and move that water away, but what does correcting the grading of a yard involves?

I've done some research and besides having a bunch of soil delivered and layed there, the other options are like french drains and shit like that, which don't look that hard to install, however it gets complicated when the city gets involved.

I do not like this and would like to get rid of that problem this year.

Anyone here have experience with that?

Fait juste gradé ton terrain avec des bonnes pentes d'ecoulement.

Si ton drain francais serait fini, t'aurais de l'eau dans cave, pas dehors au niveau du sol.

Je viens de remarquer qu'il y a un trou dans le sol collé sur la fondation comme un trou de marmotte. L'eau a coulé la dedans jusqu'à full et le sol a saturé alors ça a fait un pool....

Tes gouttieres si tu en as ne doivent pas s ecouler sur le bord de ta fondation. Ajoute des rallonges en acordeon, ca coute 10$ chaque chez can tire rona etc. Si t'as un trou dans le sol, ca ressemble a une gouttière qui se vide au meme spot. Tempete dans un verre deau.
