BMW F30 335i Xdrive (PWG) Pure stage 2 + tune requirements

Any reason why some are getting 11.9sec - 12.1 with a tune and pump fuel while I'm stage 2 and getting higher numbers. I can post my logs here if you want but im not too sure if you'll be able to help.
 
what's your wastegate said on the logs? because I got the same problem on pump fuel , people are doing 12 while I'm doing 13 and when I look at my logs my wastegate is only at 35%

uh huh ... I just looked at the log. The wastegate is not going over 35 on a full throttle. The chart looks so bad and inconsistent lol argg

Your ign timing look good , your wastegate at some point is only around 18-19% and I see that your still running the oem tmap instead of a n20 tmap

Ok so what does that mean? Any adjustments I should be making ? I’m current’y Using either map 2 or map 5 but I’m limited with boost.
 
Well first of all with the regular tmap on map 2 your only boosting around 15-16psi so it's normal from what I see on your logs but if you put a n20 tmap and change the setting in your jb4 for this type you will boost 19psi on map 2. I see your boost safety is set 18psi , you should put it at 21 , what did you set on your duty bias?

I made a few modifications with the settings. See screenshot, n20 tmap is set to 0.

That doesn't show much.... install a n20 tmap on your car if you didn't do it yet , change the setting after in the jb4 to tell that you got a n20 tmap on and do a logs on a longer runs (floor it 1,2,3,4) shift around 6k rpm

Hey, I made some adjustments based on some recommendations and I'm hoping to get your feedback on this. Here is the datazap link. Felt like the car was jerking a bit on acceleration but felt very powerful.

What are the number you put in your duty bias , did you put the one from the page that said for big turbo?
Yes but i lowered the boost to 21 psi instead of 23 psi as suggested by terry. I'm still getting a lot of correction and boost appears to be all over the place.
