Posting in english since I'm at work and can't properly french.
So, I went from a MK5 Rabbit to a 370Z to the perfect beater, the almighty Tercel. I'm currently digging the Toyota reliablity for a 23 year old car with over 300KM on it.
As much as I don't use my car, maybe 6 to 10k KM yearly, since I daily drive a motorcycle, I miss the practical aspect of the Rabbit, but I'd like a car that is a tad bit more... secure and planted on the road than my Tercel while still getting good MPG's and some practicality. I'm still into N/A cars, rev happy linear engines, and no, I don't care if its not fast. I can wheelie 0 to insertspeedlimithere if I get the urge to do dude shit.
Browsing around, FR-S's are dropping in price, and sometimes you see one in good condition for around 10K in coiffeuse white.
I drove one 5 years ago but it was an automatic and I appreciated my experience.
I'd look for a 6 speed one. Aware me on real life experience for fuel consumption, reliability, practicality ( storage, tools, tires, people in the backseat... ), winter driving ( oh yes, I do plan on driving it in the winter with nokians! ). What options to look for? heated seats are available? any red flags?
No, please, don't suggest any other car. I don't care about the WRX / GTI, they're not RWD and one is a Volkswagen.
