Pourquoi Power steering & AC delete rendu en 2019?

My 1991 GTI 16V swap had the power-steering removed and the proper rack installed. I loved it, light car rev happy and because it was the oem style rack the ratios were good. My buddy's 1972 Chevelle big block has the manual box as well, his is a bit special to park but some people like simplicity too. Less moving parts, less to break or leak.
It isn't for everybody but different strokes different folks. I like having a car that I can work on, but then again I opted not to do it 9-5 therefore it is still a hobby. I drive a daily beater that gets 100-150 kms every 2 years then replaced and my project gets worked on. Part of the enjoyment is having something you built not the same generic thing your neighbor has. It might take me another 10 years to finish it but its mine.
 
Plus simple et moin de problemes futures.

My buddy's chevelle is no ps or pb. Been there done that. Big cams eat compression but lower vacuum. He didn't want a vacuum bottle.

Pourquoi? Acceder a tout ce que je veux sans meme avoir a me plier les doigts ni m'accrocher dans rien, un peu de power, engine bay pas mal plus propre et du poids de moins dans le devant.

Des fois sur un "budget" car ca peut faire la difference. C'etait un fun car pour le drag, mais a 1700 lbs ca prend pas mal moins de power a faire avancer.
 
La Civic EK comvertis EK9 quasi complet a mon ami a fait installer un kit d'AC oem Honda sur son Spec-R qui venais d'une Integra GS-R. Fait bizzare voir un Civic EK hatch full load groupe électrique avec l'A/C qui marche a planche.
