Bonjour and hello everyone! My parents are selling their house and I'm wondering should we be using our own notory for closing or the buyers notory for the closing documents. Is it recommended to use two notory just in case or is one okay? And at what stage should we be in contact with the notory. Once we have a accepted offer or when? Thank you so much for any help.
