Okay, complaint number two, walls installed in mere minutes without any attention being paid to them being straight, plumb and true.
I was assured that they were perfectly straight but when "their top guy" showed up to confirm, it was found that they were way out. In fact, the rear wall (only an 18' span needed to be moved almost 3/4" to get it straight. You can see where the sealant was cut and the wall moved.
Unfortunately, in the process of attempting to straighten walls, my studs a bottom plate took a real beating and they still aren't perfectly straight as some of the tapcons broke when he tried to remove them, preventing the wall from moving as it was smashed repeatedly with a sledge hammer.
And here is a couple of pictures during the first build day when I told them the wall wasn't straight and needed to be fixed. Couple of solid boot kicks to the wall and a large screw driven into my drip edge.
I can only assume the screw was done in an attempt to draw the sheathing into the corresponding stud that it should have been placed against before the wall section was anchored to the slab..
