Roger Penske has purchased the speedway and IndyCar Series. The sale amount isn't disclosed but the sale has been confirmed by Tony George. Roger Penske is the tracks 4th owner after Tony Hulman purchased it in 1945. This should have happened in 1994/95!!

F U Tony George and the Hulman family.
Finally we can get back to proper unified open wheel racing in the USA/Canada.

I know it won't happen but I would love for the 90s style CART series to make a return.
