Having dealt with the media on a few occasions , especially CBC they use reliable contacts close to the PMO or whatever agency. These contacts are verified and have been working with them for awhile. My sister in law works at Foreign Affairs and can accurately comment on what passes by her desk but something totally different on another topic she won't be sure or simply doesn't know.
So in conclusion. No they won't be asking some clerk in the basement what is the next move.

You are not a Doctor, do not guide people in what they should and should not take, every person is different if even you may or may not be right to some degree. This was debated today on TV with no conclusive answer for the moment, with actual Doctors, there is no proof for the moment.
