Looking at a lease of

Mazda 3 Sport
VW Golf
4 door civic

Would like:
- heated seats, (heated steering is bonus)
- apple carplay/samusung connect
- keyless entry/push start
- stick shift

Suggestions? Pricing? Incentives? Other brands?

Civic will be the least expensive, golf in the middle and mazda 3 the most expensive.

Golf or jetta would probably be my pick.

36, 48 or 60 months? VW has a basic warranty of 48m/80 000km, mazda 36m/unlimited and Honda 36m/60 000km
 
Thank you for the insight. I’d be looking at a lease term that’s as long as the warranty. Probably 36-48months.
Still looking around, liking the Mazda the most but not understanding why it’s become so expensive. I could literally be in a Lexus vs some Mazda models at the same price...
How’s the new vw engine? Peppy enough for the weight? I haven’t gone to test drive anything yet
 
Peut-être un peu plate comme choix mais la Corolla hatchback me semble pas très cher ces temps-ci. Une civic tu vas devoir aller dans le hatchback ''sport'' pour avoir le push-start avec une manuelle et c'est pas mal plus cher.
 
Quel trim sont offert pour la Civic avec stickshift?
Pour la Mazda 3 Sport : la valise n’est vraiment pas très grande et le gros pilier C semble bloquer la vue vers l’arrière pas pire.
