Ouverture des gyms un jour??

C'etait une question de temps avant que sa arrive mais on doit porter le masque en tout temps mtn dans mon gym sous pretexte que le monde desinfecte pas les plates. J'ai hate en caliss de squat avec un masque en cotton dans face !
 
Tu vas t'habituer. On ne portera pas des masques pour les 5 prochaines années, il faut passer à travers un bout plate.

Take the time to get comfortable with tempo squats! One deep breath at the top, 5 seconds down, up, deep breath, repeat.
 
J'ai été m'endetter chez fitness depot, je vais être prêt pour la 2ême vague. Il y a toujours ben des limites à faire des push-ups.

my boss told me that for now we won't close again and he's connected enough that we know it with about a 1 week delay. But after that we don't know.

Schools are closing in orange zones but sports no.

I hope it won't get worse thought.

good luck with that, I think in another month gyms and restaurants will close again, cases are rising fast. A MTL high school closed today due to too many cases.

I know, but I what I find really annoying is that Gyms and Restaurants (not bars) have proven to be Covid-free until now. So we will have to pay for the fault of others.

Bought a few dumbbells and kettlebells + 2 punching bags just in case.
