Woah! Ok guys, first and foremost, I'm sorry I didn't see this thread earlier. I would have chimed in sooner. Guys, I really reaaly do my best to make everyone happy. Please bear with me;
1) OP, I hate that you are not satisfied with our service, clearly we made an error.... I sincerely apologize for letting this slip though the cracks. I offered to fix this issue 2 years ago, BUT i understand that you lost confidence....no problem. As a gesture of good faith, I would love for you to send me the bill of the shop that corrected the issue, and I will gladly pay for it.
2) Let's be honest, I could have this thread squashed in about 2 seconds....but that's not how I operate...If my customers don't speak out about their dis-satisfaction, I can't fix the issue. I need to know that there are issues in order for me to fix them.
3) With respect to Greg's attitude.....LOL! I'm not gonna sugar coat anything, he's an interesting character to say the least. HOWEVER....Whether or not he's a people person, HE IS one of THE BEST PORSCHE/BMW TECH's I've ever met. BAR NONE....PERIOD. I will not defend his internet jargon, but I will defend his integrity.....Momentum Motorsport employs great technicians, but Gregster is is THE fundamental pillar of this business....My equity funds this company, but Greg's experience is what runs it.
