Weird vibration front right on car

So I have a 2009 outlander v6 when I get to about 40km/h I get a constant vibration. I've checked the bearing, it's still good. It has 227000km and it shouldn't have these issues as Mitsubishi is known to be reputable in the automotive industry. Any help please.

jai des outlander autour de moi depuis longtemp. Est-ce que les bearing de roue on deja été fait? Ca chie souvent rendu a 200 000km

Axles jnai pas vu souvent briser. Par contre quand on fait les bearing ils sont toujours jammer a mort dans les spline du hub.
 
maybe just the skid plate... sometimes they forget to put a bolt or two and that makes the difference when you hit a certain speed. easy fast check and fix :)

Peut etre c'est pas loose encore, ca me tente pas de juste changer des pieces pour rien non plus. Je va le changer pareil, pis jai aucune idee, si les bearing etais deja changer, J'acheter le truck de l'encan.
 
Update it seems to be a bearing. Swerving towards the right at high speeds seemed to have made the sound go away.
