E90 BMW control arms and ball joints replacement cost

Hi Guys, I got a 2010 bmw 328i xdrive (e90). Due to the magnificient montreal roads, I need to change the front lower arms and ball joints.

So i was quoted 74$ per ball joint (149 for the pair) and 170.50 per control arm from lower (341). I feel it is overprice as I'm seeing lower prices online.

From your experience, are these prices inflated? If these are OEM parts, is it still worth it to pay full price?

I feel it is something I could do in a DYI garage but I'm not an experienced mechanic.

E90 M3 parts don't work on xi models. Front suspension is different
