IMO if you can dump Drouin and KK for someone that would be ideal, personally I don't feel KK has a right fit in Montreal. Yes he is young I just find there is something missing in his game, sometimes he looks like a stud and others he just vanishes in games.
UFAs which would be a nice fit in Montreal;
Getzlav for cheap and especially if he has some Perry influence, he would be a ideal role model for Montreals young centers to develop, big body on the PP and would be far more effective than Stall was.
I find Montreal is also in a spot where they don't want to go around spending money on guys over 30 with not much hockey left in their game, they are a interesting team with star veterans and young talent. They just need more of those guys who are 26-30 of age, played in big games and are safe hockey players where you don't need to go looking over your back for mistakes.
I find Saad, Savard, Grudbranson, Schwartz, Mike Rielly, Ryan Murray, Travis Hamonic would be nice fits in Montreal
Douggie is gonna be asking for way too much $$$ this off season
I find it impressive that at age 44 Chara had a average time on ice of 18:19, I'm curious to see if he is going to come back.
