Edit: they still have the little winglets on the floor in front of the rear wheel, which supposedly aren't allowed anymore. Wonder if there's a loophole.

It looks like they have put the 2020 floor on the car because there is a whole section that should be cut this year. It's a good trick to keep your developments secret until the cars hit the track.
