FIA doesn’t know what to do wtf. Get the safety car out, medical car etc to help clear up the water. It’s like the race director is sitting in a ball crying

It's sunny, the wind is blowing they have 'extreme' wet tires yet they won't start. Just when you think the decline can't get any worse...
