Determining Industrial Land Owner

There are a couple of lots in the Lachine/St-Laurent area that are vacant and do not have a for sale/lease sign installed.

If I have:
- gone to the neighboring businesses to ask, and they don't know;
- have googled the address and checked all for sale ads available and found nothing;

what is my best course of action to finding out who owns that bit of land?

Je m'en sert quand j'ai des soumissions extérieur ou pour des gros batiments.
 
If Lachine non industriel park it's likely Catania sitting on it for a housing project. Anything around old Dominion Bridge in lower Lachine is getting turned into housing in the next 5-10 years.

Figured out the lot #s, spoke to city and already in touch with owners. Thanks a lot!
