Bluetooth audio stereo adapter?

Hello everyone, in terms of home stereo Bluetooth adapter what do you have ?
I bought a logitech adapter a few years back, but range is not fantastic. I use it mainly for my outdoor space. Hook it up inside to my stereo and control from tablet or phone.
What do you have and are you satisfied? I need suggestions as I want to replace mine.

ou diy, pas mal tout ces produits avec BT4.0 et en bas ont un short range.

Perso j'ai soudé une antenne dessus le zizag du circuit imprimé de mon vieux receiver. Mais c'est du DIY. tres efficace
