Jsuis aller dans le sud il y a deux ans brb jvais aller me plaindre que Roanita avait mal fait mon lit.


Je vais retourner a l’epicerie pcq ma dinde d’il y a 2 ans etait sketch quand je l’ai checker dans le stationnement mais fck that j’avais pas le temps

Brb jvais aller me plaindre que mon char a probleme a des probleme et que depuis que je l’ai c’est dla marde le faire aligner mon frame est croche mes papier mais son magouiller par le dealer

Fuck that jfais pas confiance a nick ma le garder dans mon back pocket pis call out greg la journee ou il me parle pas comme y faut.

Je voulais envoyer mes parents faire leur entretien sur leur voitures vue que c'étais pas loin de chez eux.
Et aussi un de mes chums avait besoin d'un corner balancing sur ca Ralliart.

I'm actually somewhat taken back by the comments. Is every single shop on this planet perfect, no. Is every tech perfect absolutely not however to lash out like this is completely uncalled for over a comment about brake pads? Yea I was wondering why someone who is very picky abouttheir car, went through great lengths to make it perfect and has a wheelset which isn't cheap would buy cheap stuff off amazon. I'm not upset over what has been said but what actually bothered me is the reply I responded in English... It's pretty obvious that I don't post in French often but to actually come out and say that.. Well it shows his true colors. I've been around here for almost 20 years, seen this place dwindle in users and now this. I do my damn best to keep this place somewhat informative, help people out and yea the occasional troll comment. All I can do is my best and will accept the blame

En général, non ça ne se serait pas passé, parce que les gens ici en majorité respecte le fait qu’on est sur un forum et que ce qu’on y présente de nous-mêmes n’est pas représentatif de qui on est. Personne ne fait de post pour associer quelqu’un du forum à l’endroit où il travaille.

Iv been to momemtum a bunch of times over the years. I absolutely love the place. Its unfortunate what happened but if Nick offered fix the issue, you should at least take him up on the offer.

You cant really throw your hands up and be like "OH! he made a mistake, never going back there again!"

Mistakes happen and you gotta give em a chance to right their wrongs.

Just my opinion. :dunno:

I take my work home with me people who actually know how much I care. I also accept full responsibility for any issues encountered in the shop, regardless of who was working on it, its my problem for lack of oversight. We try to make every happy and treat them like family. Sadly you can't make everyone happy, its impossible even after all these years and there are just difficult people. I remember having some annoying issues with our alignment rack when it was installed, it took me awhile to sort it out but eventually I did. We called everyone back and explained the problem, offered to redo it. Pretty much everyone accepted and were very happy. This is not an easy business
 
I'd probably want to blow a little steam every so often if that clientele is anything like I expect it to be at times ( a little on the entitled side of things w/ a propensity for drama)

Y'a pas juste des pads cheap de marde sur Amazon, mais ta réponse est à la hauteur de ton attitude: de la grosse marde.

It's also an internet forum where all the same people post. I rag on certain members all the time but when I see them it's like nothing happened or they'll just make fun of me for owning so many Neons. To openly call me out and employer over two different matters isn't very professional or correct. A simple phone call or email would have solved No.2 and No.1 could have been solved here. I never expected such a flogging from mrdouble99, and flogged I've been. It will make me re think what gets posted on here for sure.

Exact et la première place qui a toucher a l'alignement c'est momentum, sans voir que c'était croche ou sans vouloir me le montrer, vue que j'ai pas eu de feuille de l'alignement.

Well you are the public face of an enterprise, so every time you talk shit about something you leave an impression. You happened to bother someone who had an ax to grind. I worked with mrdouble99 and from my experience is a pretty professional guy.
