Feeling the heat from the 2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat and its 707 horsepower, Ford has teamed up with Hennessey to deliver 500 units of the HPE700 for the 2015 model year.
Total power output will be 717 horsepower and 632 lb-ft of torque by way of a Roots-type high-helix supercharger making 7.25 psi of boost. The high-flow throttle body, stainless-steel exhaust system, upgraded injectors and fuel pump help feed the V8. All this is good for a 0-100km/h time of 3.6 seconds and a ¼ mile time of 11.2 seconds at 131 MPH.
Pricing starts at $59,500 USD and the vehicle can be bought at 37 different Ford dealerships around the USA.
