Chevrolet will be bringing the Cruze hatchback to North America later this year. Slated to go on sale in the fall, the 2017 five-door hatch will feature a 1.4-litre inline four-cylinder turbo motor making 153 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque.
The Cruze hatch will come standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability which is sure to attract even more young buyers.
Looks-wise the vehicle appears to be a mashup of the Honda Civic and Mazda3. That said, we think it looks pretty darn good and should fare well. The Cruze is already Chevy’s best-selling car worldwide with 3.5 million units sold.
