At the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, BMW Tuner AC Schnitzer is showcasing what they can do to a BMW 2 Series with their crazy creation called the ACL2.
This isn’t just some 2 Series with a few bolt-ons. They managed to install the S55 3.0-litre engine found in the BMW M3/M4 under the hood and tune it to produce 570 horsepower by way of an ECU upgrade, carbon intake and AC Schnitzer exhaust. In addition to power upgrades, the vehicle also features a lightweight battery, Drexler locking differential, M4 axles, and a widebody kit with improved airflow.
The 20” AC1 forged wheels were specially designed by the company for the car and are wrapped in Michelin PSS tires.
The ACL1 can go 0-100km/h in 3.9 seconds and has a top speed of 205 mph.
