The Fast & Furious film franchise is at a crossroads after the death of leading actor Paul Walker in 2013. Many people have speculated as to which actors could potentially replace Walker’s character in the upcoming film ‘Fast 8’ scheduled to be released a year from now on April 14, 2017.
Actor Lucas Black who played Sean Boswell in Tokyo Drift is seen as a likely companion to Vin Diesel. He’s already listed on the film’s IMDB page but it’s unclear how large of a role he’ll play.
Another name that’s been floated is stunt driver Tanner Foust who has previously auditioned for the franchise.
The answer should come soon enough as we get closer to the start of production.
