Lol pour la gang de MontreaMaTante.com, combien d'entre vous ont essaye de s'enfuir et ont reussi ? et ceux qui n'ont pas reussi, quelles etaient les consequences ?

I don't know if they consider this as an act of theft although the kid's a valet? They most likely returned the car to the owner, hopefully.

so i read the whole thread (thank u g,translater), so a lot of 'lol' while being thankful it wasn't you yet.
but how can it not 1 day be you? cops need to write 28 tickets per cop per shift..

Anyways though I recall the idiots having an accident that the gov used to pass this law..BUT I do Not recall reading Anything Anywhere Back during that time *about 42 demerit points? & i was reading the statute & etc.

SO my Q to any1 on here is: when did this happen the 42 point provision?
It wasn't part of the orig law, least i don't recall no 42 points loss part :dunno:

its alarming to me, cause i've heard judges say to peope in traffic court that 'Ignorance of the law is no defence' so what some bureaucrate gonna write it so you do 2years in jail for Jaywalking & they'll put it in the back of the paper twice & poof its a enforced reg/statute -WTF!
