Today I bought a Wilwood BBK for Honda from Jurassic.
Bought the kit, then realized there were essential parts missing. I contacted him right away and he got to looking and promised a call back within 30 minutes.
15 minutes later, as he promised, he called me back and found 1 of 2. We did some research and found it available from US distributors. I wasn't keen on purchasing an incomplete kit so we setup a meeting for the refund.
When we met up, he had a solution: partial refund and I keep the kit and pickup the missing part. HE EVEN PROVIDED ME WITH A LIST OF DISTRIBUTORS WITH THE PART IN STOCK, AND THEIR PART NUMBERS. I accepted because the refund was very fair.
It was clear he felt bad about the mixup. Jurassic, Yan, went out of his way to make things right, returned all calls fastwr than promised, met me almost immediately to setup the exchange/refund and made sure I was comfortable with the deal before we agreed.
He's a really ice and classy guy. As a seller, I highly recommend him. More sellers on this forum should be like him.
I would buy something off him again in a heartbeat.
