Announcing Mega Ride 2015

Bienvenue au Méga Ride 2015! Il y aura des départs de quatre endroits différents et tous les groupes se rejoindront au Circuit ICAR vers midi pour le Super Auto Show (www.superautoshow.ca). Le ride est gratuit mais consulter le site web du Super Auto Show pour savoir le coût d’entrée. Vous pouvez acheter des billets en avance sur leur site.

Pour participer, tout ce que vous devez faire est de choisir votre point de départ préféré et rejoindre l’événement Facebook. Ceci est très important pour que nous puissions estimer le nombre de participants à l’événement. Présentez-vous à l’heure (pas avant svp) indiquée au point de départ pour recevoir votre autocollant pour le ride gratuit et soyez prêt à partir à l’heure convenue. Nous voulons réduire le flânage dans les stationnements au minimum! Évitez aussi de jeter vos détritus par terre.

Comme toujours, nous devons souligner qu’aucune conduite dangereuse ne sera tolérée. Si vous êtes observé en train d’effectuer des manœuvres imprudentes, vous ne serez pas autorisé à accéder le piste.

Welcome to the 2015 Mega Ride! There will be four separate departure points this year and they will join together at the end of the ride for the Super Auto Show around noon. The ride itself is, of course, free however please consult the Super Auto Show website for the cost of entry. You can buy tickets online ahead of time there as well.

To participate, all you need to do is find your preferred starting point and join the Facebook event for that location. This is very important so we can estimate the total participation for the event. Show up at the designated time (not earlier) at the starting point to receive your free ride sticker and be prepared to leave when it’s time. We want to keep loitering in parking lots to a minimum! Be sure not to litter either.

As always, we must stress that no dangerous driving will be permitted. If you are observed driving recklessly you won’t be allowed into the show.

I'd just like to point out to try and follow your group.
Last year there was only about 10 of us from the Vaudreuil location that finished together.
 
its really hard to follow when there is stop and light.

in a convoy, usually if the guys in front dont see the guy in he's back window, he should slow down or stop to wait for him.

avant de partir, on devrais checker le char avant et en arriere de nous et suivre ces 2 voitures la en tout temps, si non, c'est sure que ca fini par se dispercer.
 
C'est une belle publicité pour les compagnies de remorquage et je m'attend à ce que la SQ organise une levée de fonds. Préparez votre angus messieurs.

I was leading a large portion. If you're able to see 50 cars behind you on the 327 let me know what kind of mirror you have. People would see the other groups and just branch off.
 
kinda want to be there and kinda dont want to be there.
also 2+ hours for laval to mirabel is generous.
