Honda recently launched the S660 mid-engined mini car in Japan and now there are rumors that a new S1000 is in the works.
According to Motoring.com.au, Honda will build and export the new model to markets outside of Japan. It will be powered by a 1.0-litre VTEC turbo engine with more than 100 horsepower. Not only that, there will be a Type R version of the tiny S660 for Japan making just under 100 horsepower.
