I received a ticket not too long ago where the cops claimed I did 120 on Decarie. Well I know I didn't do 120 or even 110, there were too many cars for that anyways. He wrote that he got the speed from following me but he only came up behind me when I was on the 720 ready to get off at Atwater but he wrote 15south. Anyways, what my real question is is if 5 points for 120 in a 70 is right or if I had to be going 121 in a 70 zone to be 5 points. Either way I wasn't going 120 and I have a witness to comply with my statement. Does anyone have the km/h over compared to how many points it is?
Thanks a lot and sorry for the long post.
