Wanted: Amp (400-500WRMS - 1 or 2 channel)

I need an amp to power two subs @ 250WRMS each. I was going to purchase one this week, but I won't have the funds until Dec. 20th. So if anyone has an amp to sell, and can wait until then I'll buy it. My range in somewhere around $250-$300 depending on the amp I may go more or less.
 
I have a cerwin vega 3204 it is 320x 2 rms 4 months of use and it has 1 year of waranty left, I paid 799.99 and I have the bill to prove it , it is in mint condition and asking $475 neg
 
Well, I bought my subs today, and found an amp at the same time. It's more what I need, it's 2x250WRMS for $300.

Someones makin me a box, and want to know which JBL it is. I wanted a sealed box, but he said with these subs and depending on the power, ohms, and other stuff a ported will be better.
 
For the subs make and install like mine and push it the back of the thrunk. This is the best way i have tryed many ways. Normal box with the subs facing the back.
