Rebuild Turbo?

Im looking for a shop that can rebuild and hiflow a Rb25 turbo I have. One place in Calgary said no problem rebuilding it, but they wouldnt flow it...Quite a few people on SAU get OEM turbos hi flowed and is still cheaper then getting a 2530/40. Any one have any suggestions?

there's no point rebuilding your turbo the price your going to pay is half of what you would pay for a brand new hks or garret turbo
