swirl remover ?

Since I don't have any detailing tools for doing such a task, can I just use a pad and do this by hands ? I'm not doing the whole car, only the roof since it's painted black and I wonder why it's so much covered with swirls.

would it be too much of a PITA or I can acheive my goal even without tools ?
 
Impossible à faire à la main. Ça te prend une machine à moins que tu sois prêt a frotter pendant 3 jours. Pour répondre à ta question des swirls, je suis prêt à parier que c'est ton balais à neige qui cause de tels dommages.
 
non, c'est un char qui est entreposé l'hiver.
je vais aller voir qq1 avec les bon outils alors.
 
Yes, it can be done. You will need alot of elbow grease and patience, but in the end it is achvieable !
 
Meguiars scratch X va faire la job a la main mais tu sentira plus ton bras apres. Puis les swirls vont reapparaitre apres quelques lavages
