Up for sale is a tech book that I used on many occasions as a reference when building a few setups.
Published by HP Books and Hugh Macinnes.
The book concentrates on:
- Design, Sizing and matching, ignition and water injection, fuel and diesel, intercooler and boost control, applications on street and race cars, boats and motorcycles.
In the book, you learn how to properly read a flow graph, calculate proper manifold sizing for custom applications, how boost affects ignition mapping, advantages and disadvantages of different intercoolers, wastegates, exhaust manifolds, etc.
This is not a introduction to turbo application book. It's a technical book for the hardcore enthusiast looking to have the build and selection tips and tricks as well as a rock solid setup.
Bought it a few year ago for over 30$. It's in perfect condition, selling it for 20$. You won't be disappointed, I assure you.
