Je m'en colis de JD power our Consumer Reports, I buy what i like and I treat it with love. Had i followed the reviews I would of never daily driven an Alfa Romeo 164 LS for two years and loved it, never stranded once, always started. I guess we should all buy what JD power says? Guess what...

So no more Astra, personally i havent driven one but why has it failed?... to those who know the product well....was it bad marketing, bad timing, no options/lack of engines? I always liked it and it had a great interior to boot, its not the first time we get a decent Euro hatch that fails...
