05 sti block before it blows up?

Just wondering, how much power can a stock 2005 sti block can take before starting to be on the limit of reliable on stock internals? Not just a couple of dyno or drag passes either, I only track the car so it's always up there, car isn't even driven on the streets...

rods and crank is fine untill about 500whp, pistons are the weakest link on the car and the stock vf turbo tend to crack with time. 400whp will be fine, if you track the car go with a rotated gt30r, will be a fun and fast spolling setup:bigup:

Might try that, building a cage right now!
