Hey guys,
just wanted to leave this here. Basically Tuesday Oct. 11 and Thursday Oct. 13 is gonna be the start of the new RossFit power conditioning program and Montreal Barbell (check link in sig for more info or above link).
Its gonna be free for the everyone and its for anyone wanting to become stronger, lose weight, gain muscle and mass or perform better in any sport. That being said, you'll be doing some of the main powerlifting lifts (squat, deadlift, bench) and other circuit drills and probably plyometrics such as flipping the 600lbs tire, sled pulling, farmers walk, sprinting with 200+lbs tied to you etc.
Gonna be fun and its free!
