What are your goals for 2012 ?

Gym + Personal life

-See some abs this summer
-Try to get under 11% BF
-Gym at least 4/week + Jogging 3/week

Personal life:

-Finish my bachelor degree
-Have more consistency on a daily basis with my meals / workouts
 
L'an dernier c'était d'aller au gym 4fois semaine et c'est réussi.

Pour cette année,

Ne plus fumer de pot
Être bon à l'université
Continuer le gym et surveiller l'alimentation

I'm the same height, but 165 lbs and I do
10x225
10x215

and during the 5 rep week I do
5x245
5x235

If you can do 6-8 reps for 245 after 2x8x225, you're a beast! You do have 20 lbs on me though :)
 
bench over 315 and squat and deadlift over 505 raw.

The only problem is that Ive been 4 months off so it might be harder lol
