Hi, like the title states, yesterday I got a speeding ticket for going 70 in a 50 zone.
The ticket is at marie-victorin, just beside the 132 highway. I was a 70km/h zone, and then at a moment, it just dropped to a 50km/h zone. At the moment I saw the cop move toward me, meanning that he already got my speed and was trying to stop me, it was no more, or barely 100meter after a sign stating (50 zone ahead). At the time he got my speed, I believe it was before the actual 50 km/h zone light, ---> (it is like a traffic light stuff, showing in yellow is at the moment was 50 or 30),
what I wanted to know, I once heard of a law saying that you must cleary show the coming speeding zone at 200meter ahead, in order to be able to catch people for speeding.
I just want to be sure, I don't want to waste 110$ and 2 points for nothing...
thanks
